Lisa of BLACKPINK was at MTV VMAs 2024 and made sure to leave her mark. The K-pop star not only set the stage on fire with her debut performance but also took home the ‘Best K-pop' award.
Thanks to her hit track ‘Rockstar’, Lisa has become the first and only solo artist to win this award twice. She was also the first soloist to win the ‘Best K-pop' award. After scripting history and making another record, Lisa thanked her fandom Lilies and BLACKPINK’s fans, also known as Blinks.
Lisa also had her first solo performance at the MTV VMAs even though she has earlier performed at the stage with her other bandmates from BLACKPINK. In a sizzling hot red outfit, Lisa took the performed on the medley of her hit songs including ‘New Woman’ and ‘Rockstar’.
