BTS rapper Suga, who is the only band member not serving as an active-duty soldier, will be paying heavily for an e-scooter ride. Following his DUI scandal on August 6, the rapper has been heavily criticised and faced a police investigation.
While the reports already suggested that Suga will end up with only a fine, the exact amount has been revealed. According to Korean media reports, Suga has been fined 15 million KRW which is approximately Rs 9,30,000 for riding an e-scooter under influence. The Seoul court has reportedly issued a summary order, which is done generally in less severe cases.
Despite his recent ordeal, Suga made history as his loyal fanbase stood by him. Suga's older tracks witnessed a comeback to charts and new sales record amid the DUI scandal. The 31-year-old BTS member is currently serving as a social service agent in the military.
