On International Yoga Day 2023, actor Kareena Kapoor took to Instagram and dropped an adorable picture of her husband Saif Ali Khan enjoying a workout session with his sons Taimur and Jeh.
Sharing the picture, Kareena wrote, ‘IT All starts on the MAT…Heal. Inspire. Love. Happy International Yoga Day…#Keep Moving…’.
In one of the pictures, Saif and Jeh are seen doing some workouts on the mat, while Taimur is seen boxing in the background. Another photo shows Jeh mimicking Saif’s moves.
Meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan’s sister Soha Ali Khan also shared a picture with her husband Kunal Kemmu, and their daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu. All three of them struck different yoga poses. Soha wrote, ‘Yoga se hi Hoga #happyinternationalyogaday.’
Karisma Kapoor shared a picture in which she is seen performing aerial yoga. She wrote, ‘When in doubt, stretch it out #internationalyogaday.’
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor will next be seen in ‘The Crew’ with Kriti Sanon, Tabu, and Diljit Dosanjh. She also has ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’ in her kitty.
Soha Ali Khan will next be seen in ‘Chhorii 2’.
