Actor Noah Schnapp, who plays the role of Will Byers on Netflix’s popular series 'Stranger Things', has said that he is gay.

Noah took to his TikTok and said, "When I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared in the closet for 18 years and all they said was ‘we know'." He was lip-syncing to a very popular audio on TikTok saying, "You know what it never was? That serious. It was never that serious. Quite frankly, will never be that serious." He captioned the post, "I guess I’m more similar to Will than I thought."

In July, after the release of the final two episodes of 'Stranger Things' Season 4, Schnapp had confirmed that his character in the series, Will Byers is gay and in love with his best friend Mike (Finn Wolfhard).

The fifth season of 'Stranger Things' will be the last and would conclude the show.
