Hollywood actor and humanitarian Angelina Jolie reached Pakistan on Tuesday to meet and help those affected by heavy floods and rain. The 'Maleficent' actor has been the Special Envoy to the United Nations for Refugees since 2011. Many photos and videos are being shared by people on social media in which she is seen greeting people and engaging in a conversation with them.
Angelina Jolie is being praised by fans for this move. One user wrote
'Respect.' Another fan commented, 'Bless her beautiful soul.' A third one wrote, 'Heart winning lady.' Many people dropped the heart emojis on the video.
Hundreds of people have lost their lives in the floods that hit Pakistan in mid-June, as per AP.
Angelina previously visited Pakistan in 2010 when it was hit by massive floods, and in 2005 when the country was hit by earthquake, to help in the relief operations.
On the work front, Angelina was last seen in 'ETERNALS'. She will voice the character of Master Tigress in the upcoming movie 'Kung Fu Panda 4'.
