Ayushmann Khurrana starrer ‘Dream Girl 2’ had a decent opening on day one. The film grossed nearly Rs 10 crore at the box office.
As per Industry tracker Sacnilk’s early estimates, the film has earned Rs 9.7 crore on its day one. The film is a sequel to ‘Dream Girl’ that released in 2019 and was a big hit at the box office.
In ‘Dream Girl 2’, Ayushmann Khurrana plays Karamveer aka Karam who is disguised as Pooja while Ananya plays his love interest. The film hit the theatres on August 25.
Dream Girl 2 is helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film also stars Paresh Rawal, Manjot Singh, Seema Pahwa, Annu Kapoor, Abhishek Banerjee, Asrani, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav and Manoj Joshi
