Actor Swara Bhaskar and her husband Fahad Ahmad welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on September 23. They have named her Raabiya.
The actor shared the news on social media along with a series of photos. Swara wrote, 'A prayer heard, a blessing granted, a song whispered, a mystic truth.'
'With grateful and happy hearts, thank you for your love, she concluded the post.
The first photo showed the new parents with baby Raabiyaa at the hospital, most likely during Swara's discharge from the hospital. This was followed by a photo of Swara and Fahad beside their baby in a cradle of the hospital. Another photo featured a sweet moment of the new mom after she had fallen asleep with her newborn daughter on the hospital bed. One more showed Fahad cradling the baby in his arms. The last one is yet another photo of the family of three.
Swara and Fahad got married in a court marriage in February this year. Several wedding functions were held in March.
Swara and Fahad announced their pregnancy in June and shared mushy pictures from maternity photo shoot.
