Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s blockbuster movie ‘Pathaan’ is all set to be released in Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) on July 13.
The spy thriller, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in lead roles, is creating another record as it gets the widest release for an Indian film in the dubbed version in this region across 3000+ screens.

The movie, which hit the Indian theatres on January 25, is directed by Siddharth Anand. It has earned over Rs 1,000 crore at the global box office.
CIS countries include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.
‘Pathaan’ marked Shah Rukh’s comeback to the big screen after his absence from leading man roles for more than four years.
The film follows the story of Pathaan who comes out of exile to stop the terrorist group Outfit X from launching a debilitating attack on India.
‘Pathaan’ is the fourth film in producer Aditya Chopra’s spy universe, following Salman Khan‘s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, and ‘War’, starring Hrithik Roshan.
