Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has shared an update regarding her forthcoming Telugu film ‘Kushi’ on Twitter. She replied to a question from a fan and said that she will soon resume shooting for the romantic drama. She also apologized to Vijay Deverakonda’s fans in her tweet.
Replying to Samantha’s tweet, fans called her gesture ‘sweet’ and asked her to take care of herself first.
‘Kushi’ marks the second collaboration of Samantha and Vijay after the 2018 drama ‘Mahanati’.
The film’s title along with the poster was unveiled in May last year.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu completed the first schedule of the film in Kashmir, and then the shoot came to a standstill as the actor revealed she was suffering from a rare auto-immune disease called myositis. She had to pause all her work commitments as she was undergoing treatment.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in Telugu action-thriller ‘Yashoda. The film was box office hit and it earned around ₹33 crore worldwide in its first 10 days.
