Ranbir Kapoor continues to be an inspiration with his latest fitness video. On June 6, his fitness trainer shared a video on Instagram showcasing the actor engaged in an intense workout. Ranbir's dedication and effort are evident in the clip.

As the video went viral, fans quickly praised Ranbir Kapoor, with many calling him a ‘fitness freak’ and others highlighting how he inspires gym enthusiasts everywhere.

‘Setting goals and how!!!’ one of the fans wrote. ‘The strength this needs,’ added another. ‘Hottest man alive,’ a third comment read.

Ranbir Kapoor’s workout video has sparked speculation that he might be preparing for his upcoming movie, ‘Love and War’, co-starring Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. On June 6, the actor was also seen meeting with the film's director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He was captured by the paparazzi as he arrived at Bhansali’s house.

Announced in January this year, ‘Love and War’ is scheduled to be released in theatres on Christmas 2025. The film is set to begin filming in November this year, as reported by News18 Showsha.

‘The shoot of Love And War will begin in Mumbai but a set for the same is yet to be constructed. The film will have some elaborate song sequences and for the same, Bhansali is personally still in discussions with his production design team. As for Vicky, when he will join the shoot still remains unclear,’ a source close to the production told us.

Bhansali also opened up about ‘Love and War’ in an interview with Variety and said ‘It’s a love story that I’m making after a long time. A slightly contemporary work, different from the dances, pillars, architecture, drapes, curtains and jewellery [of “Heeramandi”]. It’s a new language, milieu and ambience for me. I needed [it] very much to excite me as a filmmaker to do something new, to speak of a different period, a different set of characters and new circumstances.’

Besides ‘Love and War’, Ranbir Kapoor will also be seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’.
