The trailer of Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Prithviraj’ has been released. The film is based on the life of Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. If one had to describe the trailer in just one word, then, it will be ‘outstanding’.

After the lukewarm response to ‘Bachchhan Paandey’, Akshay Kumar is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that ‘Prithviraj’ hits the jackpot at the box office. And it seems that Akshay Kumar need not worry as the trailer of ‘Prithviraj’ definitely seems to have everything required for a box-office bonanza.

The film’s trailer starts off with spectacular visuals of a battlefield, which is followed by the coronation of ‘Prithviraj Chauhan’ in Delhi’s kingdom. This is followed by a breezy introduction of the charming Manushi Chillar. If her screen presence in the trailer is anything to go by, then, it seems that Bollywood has just got its next superstar! What follows is the introduction of Sanjay Dutt and Sonu Sood’s characters in the film. Complementing the trailer’s top-notch cinematography is the spell-binding background score that simply sets the mood of the film.

Besides Akshay Kumar, ‘Prithviraj’ has the former Miss World Manushi Chhillar making her Bollywood debut with this film. The film also has Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Manav Vij, Ashutosh Rana and Sakshi Tanwar in pivotal roles. The film has been written and directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi.

‘Prithviraj’ is being released in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. The film has been scheduled to release on June 10, 2022.
