Actor Parineeti Chopra's mother Reena Chopra penned a heartwarming note on social media, a day after her daughter got engaged to AAP leader Raghav Chadha. Sharing a few photos from the ceremony, she wrote that there are reasons in your life that make you believe in all over again and all the time that there is a God up there. This is one of them.
Using the hashtags ‘truly blessed’ and ‘thank you God’, Reena wrote, ‘There are reasons in your life that make you believe all over again and all the time that there is a God up there. This is one of them.’ She further wrote, ‘I wish to thank all of you who have reached out and poured your blessings and wishes for them.’
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha got engaged at the Kapurthala House in Delhi on May 13. The ceremony was attended by their family and close friends including Parineeti's cousin Priyanka Chopra, fashion designer Manish Malhotra and some eminent politicians.
A video from the ceremony is going viral online in which Parineeti and Raghav are seen sharing a romantic moment. The actor is seen lip-syncing the song ‘Ve Maahi’ from her 2019 film ‘Kesari’ co-starring Akshay Kumar. Whereas Raghav is seen giving a peck on her cheek before they hug each other.
