Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani have shared the posters of ‘Fukrey 3’ and announced its release date. The third instalment in the hit comedy franchise features the original ‘Fukrey’ cast but it seems Ali Fazal will not be a part of it. The new posters feature all from Richa Chadha, Varun Sharma, Manoj Singh, Pulkit Samrat and Pankaj Tripathi but not Ali Fazal.
Sharing the posters Farhan wrote, ‘Iss baar hoga chamatkaar, straight from Jamnapaar! #Fukrey3 arriving in cinemas on 7th September, 2023 (This time the magic will have from across the banks of river Jamuna).’
One poster shows Richa as former gangster Bholi Punjaban, sitting on a throne made of sugarcanes, while Varun Sharma, who plays Choocha, is seen lying at her feet. Pankaj Tripathi and Pulkit Samrat are seated on each side of Richa, while Manjot Singh is seen behind the throne.
The other poster shows all the male cast making a human pyramid to be able to climb a slanting brick wall.
Fans are really missing Ali in the film’s sequel and have expressed their unhappiness in the comment section.
