The teaser of ‘Dream Girl 2’, starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday, was unveiled on the eve of Valentine’s Day. It teases the new Dream Girl without revealing her face. However, it is evident that this time Ayushamann is not just talking like a girl, but is also dressed as one.
It opens with a woman sitting on the bed with her back to the camera. She receives a call from Pathaan who wishes her on Valentine's Day. He says, ‘meri Jawan aa aarahi hai (my Jawan is releasing)’ and asks her about when would she be coming. She reveals her plans of coming on July 7.
Taking to Instagram, Ayshmann wrote 'BREAKING NEWS: @pooja___dreamgirl is back!#7KoSaathMein dekhenge!#DreamGirl2 releasing in cinemas on 7th July, 2023'.
The sequel of the 2019 hit film 'Dream Girl' also stars Asrani, Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav in pivotal roles. The film was earlier scheduled to release on June 23, bit it is now set to hit the theatres on July 7.
