‘Chandu Champion’: Kartik Aaryan shares poster of 'most challenging film of career'; fans impressed

Kartik Aaryan has unveiled a new poster for his upcoming film ‘Chandu Champion.’ The poster showcases Kartik in a commanding stance, exuding strength and determination. Covered in mud, he appears lean and muscular, symbolizing his remarkable physical change for the role.

The caption reads, ‘A man who refused to surrender.’

Kartik expressed his excitement and pride in sharing the first poster of the most challenging and special film of his career.

He wrote, ‘Champion Aa Raha Hai… Super excited and proud to share the first poster of the most challenging and special film of my career.’

Earlier, Kartik shared a video in which his mischievous pet Katori caused a delay in revealing the movie poster.

In then video, Kartik is seen chasing Katori, who ends up ruining the poster. Kartik captioned the post, ‘Aaj se promotion ka shubharambh hona tha lekin Katori ne poster hi phaad dia. Ab kal hi ayega poster.’ An upset Kartik tells Katori, ‘Yeh toh sabko dikhana tha! Yehi khaa gayi?’ He then looks through the torn poster.

Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan, the much-awaited ‘Chandu Champion’ is poised to deliver a captivating narrative on a grand scale. With Kartik Aaryan stepping into a fresh role, anticipation for the film is at an all-time high. Kartik recently teased fans with a glimpse of the trailer dubbing session, increasing the excitement.

About ‘Chandu Champion’

The film draws inspiration from the life of India's inaugural Paralympic gold medalist, Murlikant Petkar, born on November 1, 1944, in Peth Islampur, Sangli, Maharashtra. Petkar, a talented athlete, particularly shone in wrestling and hockey.

‘Chandu Champion’ marks the debut collaboration between Kartik Aaryan and Kabir Khan, and their second project with Sajid Nadiadwala after the successful ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha.’

The film highlights picturesque locales in the United Kingdom, including the London Aquatics Centre, renowned for hosting the 2012 Olympic swimming events, Kew Gardens, which was showcased in the historical drama ‘Queen Charlotte,’ and Syon Park, a prestigious estate with a rich aristocratic history in London.

Kartik is currently shooting for the horror-comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.’He is portraying the character of Rooh Baba, steering the franchise to fresh heights. Vidya Balan, acclaimed for her portrayal of the original Manjulika, will elevate the horror thrill even further, promising an exciting cinematic experience.
