Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is continuing his series of funny tweets on Twitter’s blue tick matter. Last week, the micro-blogging site removed the blue tick from all verified users who were not subscribed to its new policy. However, two days later, rules were amended and the verification status for those with over 1 million followers was restored.
Now, in his tweet, Big B expressed his distress about paying the requisite $8 subscription fee for the mark, losing, and then regaining his verification on the platform. (Gulfam died. Twitter aunt, you said we have to pay money for blue tick mark, which I already did, and now you are saying that anyone over one million followers on site can have their mark. I have 48.4 million followers, and my money is gone. Now what do I do?).’
Previously, Amitabh Bachchan had thanked Twitter CEO Elon Musk for reinstating his blue tick. He wrote, ‘ए Musk भैया ! Thank you for bringing back my blue tick. Now what do I say? I feel like singing a song, do you want to hear it? You are the coolest, brother Musk, you are quite cool!).
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan several projects in the pipeline including ‘Section 84’, ‘Project K’, and the Hindi remake of ‘The Intern’.
