Independent witness Prabhakar Sail recorded his statement before Mumbai Police on Tuesday in connection with his allegation of extortion attempt by NCB officials in the drugs seizure case involving Aryan Khan, an official said here.
Sail's lawyer claimed that his client was "misused" during the Narcotics Control Bureau's raid on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast on October 2.

Sail has been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Wednesday for questioning in connection with his allegations against NCB officer Sameer Wankhede
Prabhakar Sail has alleged that he had overheard KP Gosavi, another witness in the cruise ship raid case, talking to one Sam D'Souza over the phone about a demand of ₹25 crore including ₹8 crore for Sameer Wankhede.
