The Bombay High Court on Monday reserved its order on the petitions filed by businessman Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe challenging their arrest in a case related to the alleged creation and circulations of pornographic content through apps.

According to India Today, the Mumbai police is now probing a new angle that Kundra & Thorpe planned to make pornographic content using Virtual Reality technology.

The report adds the accused had discussed over chats using VR 360 degree cameras to film immersive porn movies, which would have been first in India.
