Dell issues security patch for highly vulnerable firmware update driver module

PC and laptop maker Dell has reportedly released a security patch for its firmware update driver module. The patch addresses as many as five high-severity vulnerabilities, potentially impacting millions of Dell devices. The bugs in question could allow hackers to bypass security to execute code and much more.
