As the number of fresh cases continues to decline, the Delhi government has decided to further ease the Covid-19 restrictions in the national capital.
On Saturday, the Delhi Disaster Management Authority announced the fresh guidelines which will come into effect from Monday in the fifth phase of Delhi unlock.
Gyms and yoga institutes are allowed to operate at 50% capacity.
Marriage halls, banquet halls and hotels have also been allowed to hold wedding ceremonies with a maximum of 50 guests. However, the maximum number of people allowed to attend marriage ceremonies held at home or in the court has been capped at 20 .
In the order issued by the DDMA, the owners of marriage halls, banquet halls, and hotels along with gym and yoga institute owners have been tasked with ensuring that Covid protocols are followed at the premises.

The DDMA's order further stated that the prohibited and restricted activities in the city will continue till 5 am on July 5.
