Jammu and Kashmir’s former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has said that the delegations will come and go but the fact remains that the situation isn’t favorable in the Union Territory. She said she has been caged in her own home.

The Centre has taken a group of diplomats from European and Gulf countries to Jammu and Kashmir on a two-day visit beginning Wednesday.

The visit follows the restoration of 4G internet services in Kashmir after an 18-month-long ban, after the abrogation of Article 370 which granted Kashmir autonomy.
