A CCTV camera in Delhi captured a daylight assault and robbery on April 26, 2023.
In the video, 18-year-old Ravinder Singh is targeted by two thieves in the Seelampur area. One is seen choking Ravinder from behind to subdue him. Moments later, another man walks up and takes Ravinder's belongings.
The suspects, identified as Nazim and Harafat, were later caught by police, reports said on April 28.
