Delhi: woman allegedly set on fire by live-in partner, dies, amid Nikki Yadav, Shraddha Walkar probes

Yet another case of a woman being killed allegedly by her live-in partner has emerged in Delhi. A woman who was allegedly set on fire by her partner died on 20 February 2023, according to news agency ANI.

On 10 February, the woman and her partner Mohit reportedly had a fight after she found him consuming drugs at a friend's house. Mohit allegedly flew into a rage, poured tarpin oil on her, and set her ablaze.

The two had reportedly been living together for 6 years, and the deceased had an 8-year-old son from a previous marriage, and a 4-year-old daughter from her current relationship.

She died at AIIMS Trauma Centre on 20 February.
