Weeks after a video of a man urinating on another in Madhya Pradesh sparked widespread outrage, a similar incident has been reported from Agra in Uttar Pradesh.
A video which was circulated on social media on July 24 reportedly showed a man urinating on an injured person lying on the ground.
Subsequently, police arrested one suspect, and said that the video is 3-4 months old.
Cops said that the victim had not filed a complaint.
