Conflict of interest complaint against Dhoni's appointment as World T20 team mentor

Sanjeev Gupta, a former life member of Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association has filed a case against MS Dhoni to BCCI citing a conflict of interest clause in the Lodha Committee reforms.  He has sent a letter to the apex council stating that Dhoni cannot hold two posts as he is also the captain of Chennai Super Kings.

Clarity is demanded as Dhoni being a player in one team and a mentor in another raises questions. Dhoni was named mentor for Team India which will compete at the World T20 in the UAE. With two World Cups and one Champions Trophy he is one of the most successful international captains.
