China's warning to US-bound students

Amid rising tensions of a trade war, comes another bone of contention between USA and China. China has issued a notice to its students and academics dissuading them from pursuing an education in America. The Ministry of Education has said that Chinese students had encountered various problems with their visas, however, US officials have rejected this claim. At stake for America is $14 billion, most of it tuition and other fees generated annually from the 360,000 Chinese nationals who study in the United States.
