Debate with open mind to take India forward: PM Modi ahead of budget session

Union budget 2022: As the budget session kicks off on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested all the MPs to debate with an open mind and have a fruitful budget session.

"I hope all MPs, political parties debate with open mind to take India forward on path of development," PM Modi ahead of Budget Session. Elections keep happening but Budget Session is very important, we need to make it fruitful, PM added.

Narendra Modi mentioned that there are plenty of opportunities for India in today's world scenario. "The more fruitful we make this session, the better opportunity rest of the year becomes to take the country to economic heights."

The Budget Session of Parliament will begin today, i.e January 31 with the Opposition geared up to corner the government on a host of issues, including Pegasus snooping allegations, farmers’ issues and the border row with China, on the first day.
