After the Home Ministry ordered National Investigation Agency to probe blasts outside West Bengal BJP MP Arjun Singh’s house, bombs were yet again hurled at the lawmaker's home located 40 kms from Kolkata.

On September 8, three men on a bike threw bombs at the MP's house in Bhatpara. Although Singh was in Delhi, his family was at the residence. No one suffered any injuries and there were minor damages to the gate.

The Home Ministry ordered the National Investigation Agency to take over the probe.

The TMC turncoat, who jumped the ship from Trinamool  Congress to BJP ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections has alleged that there is a conspiracy to murder. The MP said someone in the state secretariat has been given orders to kill him.

Arjun Singh has also thrown severe allegations at the ruling Trinamool and claims that they are sheltering the goons responsible for the attack.

Meanwhile, TMC has not only denied the unsubstantiated allegations but has furthered called the attacks fake.

Trinamool MLA Partha Bhowmik said that Arjun Singh has staged the blasts to stay politically relevant.
