According to a report in The Verge, Android 12 will allow users to start playing games while downloading them.
Like the implementation of this feature in Sony’s PlayStation consoles, users would have to download a small amount of data before they can open up the game and start playing. Additional data downloads will continue in the background.

According to Google, this feature will allow players to start playing at least 2 times faster.
Google also announced a new game dashboard for Android 12 that will give users easy access to utilities like screen capture and recording.
