CSK's Suresh Raina who did not play the 13th edition of the IPL due to personal reasons made a dashing comeback in this year's competition. The batsman proved his mettle in the first CSK match itself when he scored a quick half-century against Delhi on Saturday evening. Raina's 36-ball-54 run helped a drowning CSK post a decent target of 188 runs. Raina who missed the entire IPL 13, which was also CSK's worst performance, still stands as the 2nd most successful batsman in the tournament's history with 5,442 runs in 194 matches after Virat Kohli.
