Aamir Khan's daughter Ira Khan has shared a video on her social media account to reveal a recent epiphany she had.
In the video posted by the star kid, she spoke about the positive aspect of self-caring and why it is important to take care of ourselves.
Ira confessed that at times she ends destructing herself while she tries to take care of herself.
The 23-year-old also mentioned that she will spread awareness about self-care in collaboration with the Agatsu foundation on International Self Care Day.
