Three White House officials have handed in their resignation after a pro-Trump mob stormed the US Capitol in Washington, DC. The First Lady's Chief of Staff, Stephanie Grisham, White House social secretary Rickie Niceta and deputy press secretary Sarah Matthews all quit on Wednesday.
Reports said that many more in the Trump administration are contemplating resignations in the wake of unprecedented event in the Capitol. The US Capitol building was put in lockdown after Pro-Trump protesters forced their way into Congress on Wednesday.
