To deal with personal and professional burnout companies across the board are reworking office hours and leave schedule. The latest is hospitality firm OYO that has announced a 4-day week for the month of May and 'no reasons asked' infinite paid leaves for its employees till July.
Earlier this month, food delivery platform Swiggy also transitioned to a four-day workweek for all its employees amid partial lockdowns in most urban centres.
