Editorji Technologies Private Limited(hereinafter referred to as “Editorji”)knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. We are strongly committed to your right to privacy and to keeping your personal information secure. Our privacy practices are fully disclosed, to earn your trust and confidence. We encourage you to read our privacy statement to understand what types of personally identifiable information we collect and how we use this information.

The Privacy Policy describes the information we process to support Editorji and other services and features offered by Editorji (hereinafter referred to as“Editorji Services” or “Services”). The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your Editorji experience. Here are the types of information we gather.
3. What kinds of information does Editorji collect?
To provide the Editorji Services, we must process information about you. The type of information that we collect depends on how you use our Services. We only collect the necessary personally identifiable information in order to respond to your requests for our customized services.
For example: Personally identifiable information includes, but is not limited to, first and last name, physical address, e-mail address, phone number, birth date, and any other information that itself identifies or when tied to the above information, may identify you as a specific individual.
Our website does not collect personally identifiable information about you except when youspecifically and knowingly provide it. Editorji and its service partners use your personallyidentifiable information to operate the sites and services and to inform you of new features andservices from Editorji and its affiliates.

When you download or use applications created by Editorji, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device or any other devices, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content or opinions. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.
For example: As described, we collect information from and about the computers, phones, connected TVs and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Services, and we combine this information across different devices that you use. Accordingly, we use information collected about your use of our Services on your phone to better personalise the content (including ads) or opinion or features that you see when you use our Services on another device, such as your laptop or tablet, or to measure whether you took an action in response to an advertisement that we showed you on your phone on a different device.
Information that we obtain from these devices includes:
Device attributes: Information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, application and file names and types, and plugins.
Device operations: Information about operations and behaviours performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).
Identifiers: Unique identifiers, device IDs and other identifiers, such as from games, applications or accounts that you use, and family device IDs (or other identifiers unique to Editorji Services associated with the same device or account).
Device signals: Bluetooth signals, information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons and mobile phone masts.
Data from device settings: Information that you allow us to receive through device settings that you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos, etc.
Network and connections: Information such as the name of your mobile operator or ISP,language, time zone, mobile phone number, IP address, connection speed and, in some cases, information about other devices that are nearby or on your network. Accordingly, we can do things such as help you stream a video or audio-visual content from your phone to your TV.
Cookie data: Data from cookies stored on your device, including cookie IDs and settings.
5. How do we use this information?
We use the information that we have (subject to choices you make) as described below, and to provide and support the Editorji Services and related services described in the Editorji Terms. Here's how:
Provide, personalise and improve our Services:
Information across Editorji Services and devices: We connect information about your activities on different Editorji Services and devices to provide a more tailored and consistent experience on all Editorji Services that you use and wherever you use them. We can also make your experience more seamless, for example, by automatically filling in your registration information (such as your phone number) from one Editorji Service when you sign up for an account on a different Service.
Location-related information:We use location-related information – such as your current location, where you live, the places you like to go, and the businesses and people you are near – to provide, personalise and improve our Services, including advertisements, for you and others. Location-related information can be based on things such as precise device location (if you have allowed us to collect it), IP addresses and information from your and others' use of Editorji Services (such as check-ins or events you attend).
Service research and development:We use the information we have to develop, test and improve our Services, including by conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new Services and features.
Advertisements and other sponsored content: We use the information we have about you – including information about your interests, actions and connections – to select and personalise advertisements, offers and other sponsored content that we show you.
Provide measurement, analytics and other business services:
We use the information that we have (including your activity off our Services, such as the websites you visit and advertisements you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and distribution of their advertisements and services, and understand the type of people who use their services and how people interact with their websites, applications and services.
Promote safety, integrity and security:
We use the information that we have to verify accounts and activity, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent spam and other bad experiences, maintain the integrity of our Services, and promote safety and security on and off Editorji Services. For example, we use data that we have to investigate suspicious activity or breaches of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or other policies, or to detect when someone needs help.
Communicate with you:
We use the information that we have to send you marketing communications- communicate with you about our Services and let you know about our Privacy Policy, other policies and Terms of Use. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
Research and innovate for social good :
We use the information that we have (including from research partners who we collaborate with) to conduct and support research and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being. For example, we analyse information that we have about migration patterns during crisis to aid relief efforts.
New owner:
If the ownership or control of all or part of our Services or their assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with third-party partners or affiliates:
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Services or who use Editorji’s business tools to grow their businesses, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide free services to people around the world. We don't sell any of your information to anyone and we never will. We also impose strict restrictions on how our affiliates or third party partners can use and disclose the data we provide to them. Partners who use our analytics services
We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with their posts, listings, videos, opinion and other content on and off the Editorji Services.
Advertisers
We provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their advertisements and how their advertisements are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. For example, we provide general demographic and interest information to advertisers (for example, that an advertisement was seen by a woman between the ages of 25 and 34 who lives in Mumbai and likes software engineering) to help them better understand their audience. We also confirm which Editorji advertisements led you to make a purchase or take an action with an advertiser.
Measurement partners
We share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners.
Partners offering goods and exclusive content or opinion through our Services
When you subscribe to receive premium content, or opinion or buy something from a seller in our Services, the content creator or opinion maker or seller can receive your public information and other information that you share with them, as well as the information needed to complete the transaction, including shipping and contact details.
Vendors and service providers
We provide information, opinion and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analysing how our Services are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.
Researchers and academics
We also provide information, opinion and content to research partners and academics to conduct research that advances scholarship and innovation that supports our business or mission and enhances discovery and innovation on topics of general social welfare, technological advancement, public interest, health and well-being.
6. How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers or debit card numbers when confirming an order or any paid services. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number or debit card number to the appropriate credit card or debit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
7. How do we respond to legal requests or prevent harm?
We access, preserve and share your information with regulators, law enforcement or others:
In response to a legal request (e.g. a search warrant, court order or subpoena) if we have a goodfaith belief that the law requires us to do so. This may also include responding to legal requests from jurisdictions outside the Republic of India when we have a good-faith belief that the response is required by law in that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction and is consistent with internationally recognised standards.
When we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to detect, prevent and address fraud, unauthorised use of the Services, violations of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or Policies, or other harmful or illegal activity; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property or Services), you or others, including as part of investigations or regulatory enquiries; or to prevent death or imminent bodily harm. For example, if relevant, we exchange information with third-party partners about the reliability of your account to prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activity on and off our Services.
Information that we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made with Editorji) can be accessed and preserved for an extended period when it is the subject of a legal request or obligation, governmental investigation or investigations of possible violations of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or other policies, or otherwise to prevent harm. We also retain information from accounts disabled for term violations for at least a year to prevent repeat abuse or other term violations.
8. Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to visit www.editorji.com or our mobile application, your visit and any dispute over privacy or terms of use is subject to this notice or Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the Republic of India. If you have any concern about privacy at Editorji, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use will also change accordingly. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, but you should check our website www.editorji.com frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of the user information collected in the past without the consent of affected users.
9. Your Consent
By using the Editorji website www.editorji.com and/or mobile application, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Editorji, including the transfer of this information within the Republic of India and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Editorji and its affiliates.
10. Rights
As a registered user, you have the right to (i) review the information provided to us, as and when requested by you; (ii) access your profile at any time to add, remove or modify any information that you have supplied which may be inaccurate or deficient. If upon modifying or changing the information earlier provided to us, we find it difficult or challenging to permit access to Editorji Services to you due to insufficiency/ inaccuracy of the information, we may, in our sole discretion terminate your access to such services by providing you a written notice to this effect on your registered email address. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to keep your personal information accurate and up to date.
11. Withdrawal of consent
You will at all times have the option of not providing Editorji with the information that it seeks to collect. Even after you have provided Editorji with any information, you will have the option to withdraw the consent given earlier. In such cases, Editorji will have the right to not provide or discontinue the provision of any service that is linked with such information. To withdraw consent for providing your information to Editorji, please send an email to grievance@editorji.com In such cases, Editorji will be under no obligation to provide or continue to provide the services for which such information was provided.

Welcome to Editorji!
This Editorji User Agreement comprises these Terms, the Editorji Privacy Policy, and all incorporated policies. Use of the Editorji App and Editorji Website is subject to this Editorji User Agreement and all applicable laws. Certain areas within the Editorji App and/ or the Editorji Website may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions of use, which are posted in those areas. Unless stated otherwise, these Terms will also be applicable to any new information or services added to the Editorji App or the Editorji Website.
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND/ OR YOUR USE OF THE EDITORJI APP OR EDITORJI WEBSITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY EACH OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
TERMS OF USE
These Terms, set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Editorji Website ( www.Editorji.com ), Editorji App and all sub-sites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, advertisements, commerce services, and our other covered services that reside under the abovementioned website, the Editorji App and sources (collectively "Editorji Sites"). It is hereby clarified that these Terms shall also extend to (a) any audio or video content created, developed or produced through any electronic means, including but not limited to news, current affairs, vlogs, interviews, advertisement material, graphics, text, photos and information links or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Editorji Sites (collectively referred to as “Content”); and (b) audio or video content created, developed or produced containing the opinion, view, analysis, critique, discussion, insight or recommendation, including but not limited to news, current affairs, vlogs, graphics, text, photos, advertisement material and information links or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Editorji Sites (“collectively referred to as “Opinion”). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms, the following words shall have the meaning as assigned to such term herein below:
“Commercial Terms” means the terms that apply if you also access or use our Services for any commercial or business purpose, including advertising, operating an application on our platform, using our measurement services, managing a group or a page for a business or selling goods or services.
“Cookies Policy” means the guidelines that outline the small text files that can be stored on and accessed from your device when you visit our sites, to the extent you agree.
“Editorji Rules” means the guidelines that outline our standards regarding the Content and/or Opinions that you post on the Editorji Sites and your activity on Editorji and other Editorji Services.
“Editorji Video Player” means the software used in/embedded within the Editorji Sites which enables the Subscribers of the Editorji Sites to upload/ play and view the Contents available on the Editorji Sites.
“Opinion Maker(s)” means anyone who provides an Opinion to be uploaded, viewed, shared, etc. on or through the Editorji Sites;
“Music Guidelines” means the guidelines that outline the applicable policies if you post or share content containing music on Editorji;
“Person” means any natural person, limited or unlimited liability company, corporation, partnership firm (whether limited or unlimited), proprietorship firm, Hindu undivided family, trust, union, association or any other entity that maybe treated as a person under applicable law;
“Services” means a reference to the access granted to any Person to the Editorji Sites, the Editorji Video Player and the Content and Opinions available on the Editorji Sites;
“Subscriber" means each person who establishes or accesses a connection or account for access to and use of the Editorji Sites; and
“Third Party Content Provider” means anyone who provides Content to be uploaded, viewed, shared, etc. on or through the Editorji Sites.
The term used but not defined in these Terms, shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms in the Editorji Privacy Policy. By accepting and agreeing to this User Agreement you also agree to be bound by the Editorji Privacy Policy.
Who may avail the Editorji Services?
You may use the Editorji Services only if you agree to be contractually bound by this User Agreement with Editorji and are not a person barred from entering into a contract or receiving Services under the laws of India. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a partnership, society, trust, company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.
EDITORJI PRIVACY POLICY
Our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.editorji.com/terms and also available on the Editorji App) describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use our Services. You understand that through your use of the Services you consent to the collection, processing and use (as set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information within the Republic of India and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Editorji and its affiliates.
CONTENT AND OPINION
You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content or Opinion you provide or upload, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Any use or reliance on any Content or Opinion or materials posted via the Editorji Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or Opinion or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services.
You understand that by using the Services, you shall not upload or share any such Content or Opinion that:
belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of other’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
harms minors in any way;
deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
impersonates another person;
contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation; or
is offensive, defamatory, scandalous, libellous, obscene, inaccurate, illegal, unlawful, slanderous; or
hurts any religious or community sentiments or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabelled or are otherwise deceptive; or
violates this User Agreement or Privacy Policy or the Editorji Rules or any other Editorji policies; or
infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party including any copyright(s); or
includes an advertisement or material which is prohibited/ restricted or which promotes consumption or use of products or materials which are prohibited/ restricted; or
conflicts with any applicable laws.
All Content or Opinion is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content or Opinion or the one who shares or creates such Content or Opinion.
We want people to use Services to express themselves and to share content or opinion that is important to them, but not at the expense of the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of the society at large. Any Opinion that you view on the Editorji Sites is not the opinion of Editorji and is solely attributable to the third party Opinion Maker providing such opinions. We do not suggest, remark or comment on whether you can rely or believe such an Opinion.
Editorji shall in no manner whatsoever be responsible or liable to any third party in relation to your Opinion uploaded on the Editorji Sites and/or shared through various media platforms. You, being the Opinion Maker shall be solely responsible in relation to any and all claims, liabilities, losses and proceedings that may be made or brought against Editorji arising out of or relating to any breach of representation, warranty, undertaking arising hereunder.
By recording your own Opinion and adding it to your personalised newscast by using the Editorji Sites, you also agree to the contents of the following disclaimer appearing along with your Opinion.
“The Opinion expressed in this video or audio-visual are the personal views, insights, opinions and thoughts of the Opinion Maker. Editorji has neither solicited such views, nor does it endorse or subscribe to or be liable for the personal views of the Opinion Maker.
The Opinion Maker is neither a representative of Editorji, nor has been authorized to act as the spokesperson for Editorji. Editorji specifically disclaims any liability arising out of the views expressed by the Opinion Maker and shall not be liable to any third party whatsoever, including for any action brought on account of an Opinion: (a) being classified as obscene, libellous, slanderous or hurting religious or community sentiments; (b) breaching any third party intellectual property rights; or (c) being in contravention of any applicable law.
All Opinions on the Editorji App are displayed on an “as is” basis and Editorji does not review, edit or sensor any of the views/ opinions expressed on Editorji App by the Opinion Maker.”
We reserve the right to remove any Content or any Opinion that is contradictory to these Terms. If we learn of the existence of such Content or Opinion or conduct like this, we will take appropriate action – for example, offering help, removing the Content or Opinion, blocking access to certain features, disabling an account or contacting law enforcement. We share data with law enforcement agencies when we detect misuse or harmful conduct by someone using our services.
YOUR RIGHTS AND GRANTS
You retain your rights to any Content and any Opinion you submit, post or display on or through the Services and nothing in these Terms takes away the rights that you have to your own content. You are free to share your Content or Opinion with anyone else, wherever you want, subject to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Editorji Rules and other policies of Editorji.
PERMISSIONS
Permission to use Content and/or Opinion: By submitting, posting or displaying Content and/or Opinion that is covered through Intellectual Property Rights (e.g. photos or videos) on or through the Services, you grant us worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to host, use, run, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content and/or Opinion in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). This license authorizes us to make your Content and/or Opinion available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same. This means, for example, that if you share a photo or video or Content or Opinion on Editorji Sites, you give us permission to store, copy and share it with others such as service providers that support our service or other Editorji Services that you use.
Permission without compensation: You agree that this license includes the right for Editorji to provide, promote, and improve the Services and to make Content or Opinion submitted to or through the Services available to other companies, organizations or individuals for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such Content or Opinion on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such Content or Opinion use. Such additional uses by Editorji or other companies, organizations or individuals, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content or Opinion that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services.
For example, you give us permission to use your name and profile picture and information about actions that you have taken on Editorji next to or in connection with advertisements, offers and other sponsored content that we display across our Services, without any compensation to you.
Permission to update software: If you download or use our software, you give us permission to download and install upgrades, updates and additional features to improve, enhance and further develop it. We engage in research and collaborate with others to improve our Services. We do this is by analysing the data we have and understanding how people use them.
We use and develop advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems and augmented reality so that people can use our Services safely regardless of physical ability or geographic location. For example, technology like this helps a person who have visual impairments understand what or who is in photos or videos shared on our platform.
We also build sophisticated network and communication technology to help more people connect to the Internet in areas with limited access. And we develop automated systems to improve our ability to detect and remove abusive and dangerous activity that may harm our society and the integrity of our Services.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
Please review the Editorji Rules which are part of the User Agreement and provide an outline as to what is prohibited on the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Our Services may change from time to time, at our sole discretion. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally without providing any reason. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any Content or any Opinion on the Services, suspend or terminate users.
In consideration for Editorji granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Editorji and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or Opinion or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others. You also agree not to misuse our Services, for example, by interfering with them or accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services:
use the Editorji Sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;
access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Editorji’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Editorji’s providers;
use the Editorji Sites in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Editorji Sites or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Editorji Sites;
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;
access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Editorji (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Editorji;
forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content or Opinion in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services;
breach these Terms, other Editorji Rules that apply to your use of Editorji;
share information, Content or Opinion which is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent;
infringe or breach someone else's rights;
damage our reputation – by associating us with sexism or racism, for instance which maybe offensive or obscene;
get us sued – by defaming (damaging the reputation of) or commenting on someone;
harass or upset people; and
attack a person or make personal remarks if you disagree with any arguments/ views of another person.
We can remove Content or Opinion that you share in breach of these provisions or breach of any law and, if applicable, we may take action against you. We may also disable your account if you infringe other people's intellectual property rights.
We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary:
to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request;
enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof;
detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;
respond to user support requests; or
protect the rights, property or safety of Editorji, its users and the public. Editorji does not disclose personally-identifying information to third parties except in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You will require creating an account to use our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
You can control most communications from the Services. We may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your account, and you may not be able to opt-out from receiving them. If you added your phone number to your account and you later change or deactivate that phone number, you must update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who acquires your old number.
We work constantly to improve our Services and develop new features to make our Services better for you and our society at large. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before they go into effect. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Services.
We hope that you will continue using our Services, but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be part of the Editorji community, you can delete your account anytime. (For details see Termination clause below.)
TERMINATION
We want Editorji to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas.
You may end your User Agreement with Editorji at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services. If you delete or we disable your account, these Terms shall terminate as an agreement between you and us.
If we determine that you have violated our Terms or Privacy Policy or Editorji Rules or any other policies, we may take action against your account to protect our community and Services, including by suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us or when we are permitted or required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
DISCLAIMER
You expressly understand and agree that: (1) your use of the Editorji Sites, the Services, Content or Opinions provided on the Editorji Sites are at your sole risk and liability, and (2) the Content or Opinions may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. Editorji and its affiliates do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, Opinion, statement or other information displayed or distributed through the site. You acknowledge that any reliance on the Content or any Opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk and liability.
Editorji, its affiliates and other third party content providers and Opinion makers (as to their Contents and Opinions only) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Editorji Sites. Editorji may make any other changes to the Editorji Sites, the materials, the Content, Opinions, programs, services or prices (if any) described in the Editorji Sites at any time without notice.
The Editorji Sites, the services, information, Contents and Opinion on the Editorji Sites as well as any software made available on the website (including the editorji video player), are provided “as is” without any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, non-infringement or fitness for any particular purpose.
The “Editorji Entities” refers to Editorji and its affiliates, related companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, partners, and licensors.
The Editorji Entities make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, and disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services or any Content or any Opinion;
any Opinion rendered by third party Opinion Makers;
any Content by a Third Party Content Provider or Opinion Maker that contains any copyright or trademark violations, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment, offensive, defamatory, scandalous, libellous, obscene, inaccurate or unlawful material;
any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services or any Content or any Opinion;
the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content, any Opinion and other communications maintained by the Services; and
whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from the Editorji Entities or through the Services, will create any warranty or representation not expressly made herein.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You understand and agree that Editorji Entities and third party content providers and Opinion Makers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages, costs or loss of products, use, data or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibilities of those damages, resulting from: (i) your use of or inability to use or access the Editorji Sites, the Services, Content, Opinion, or materials, or (ii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of any Content or Opinion, or (iii) the use of any data, information, products or services obtained from transactions entered into through the Editorji Sites, or (iv) any statement or conduct or content in relation to any material including that provided by third party content providers or any statement or conduct or Content or Opinion of any Opinion Maker, or (v) any other matter related to the Editorji Sites, the Services or Contents.

As a convenience to you, Editorji and its Affiliates may provide, on the Editorji Sites, links to websites operated by other entities. If you use these sites, you will leave the Editorji Sites. If you decide to visit any linked site, you do so at your own risk and liability, subject to that site’s terms and conditions of use and privacy policy that may be different from those of the Editorji Sites. It is your responsibility to take all protective measures to guard against viruses or other destructive elements you may encounter on these sites. Editorji and its Affiliates make no warranty or representation (whether express or implied) regarding, and do not endorse, any linked websites or the information appearing thereon or any of the products or services described thereon.
VIRUSES
There is always the possibility of unknowingly acquiring computer viruses on the Internet and thus we want to warn you about infections or viral contamination on your system. It is your responsibility to scan any and all downloaded materials received from the Internet. Editorji and its Affiliates are not responsible or liable for any damage caused by viruses or related hazards, whether or not that virus or hazard resulted from a visit to the Editorji Sites. You, and not Editorji or its Affiliates, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction related to computer viruses.
INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU
In order to use certain Services on the Editorji Sites, you may have to register. You agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself as prompted by the registration and application forms on the Editorji Sites. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or not current, or if Editorji or any Affiliate has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect, or is in violation of any provisions of these Terms or constitutes misuse of the Editorji Sites, Editorji in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Editorji Sites.
Except for the information you submit during the registration process or during the use of any other service offered through the Editorji Sites (the "Permitted Information"), Editorji and its Affiliates do not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Editorji or its Affiliates via the Editorji Sites. Editorji and its Affiliates will use the Permitted Information in accordance with the privacy policy posted on the Editorji Sites.
NOTICES
Notices from Editorji and its Affiliates to registered users regarding their use of the Editorji Sites and the Services will be made by e-mail. In all cases notices regarding a change in the Privacy Policy or these Terms will be posted on the Editorji Sites.
DISPUTES
We try to provide clear rules so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does arise, however, it is useful to know up front where it can be resolved and what laws will apply. In all the cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in the Courts of New Delhi under whose jurisdiction Head Quarter of Editorji Technologies Private Limited falls. That, you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of India will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of the legal provisions.
GENERAL TERMS
Editorji reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice; you should periodically revisit the Editorji Sites to review the current terms and conditions by which you are bound. Changes in these Terms will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Editorji Sites and the Services after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered deemed acceptance of the changes.
Editorji and its Affiliates may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any or all aspect of the Editorji Sites, including the availability of any features of the Editorji Sites, at any time without prior notice. Editorji and its Affiliates may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or parts of the Editorji Sites without prior notice or liability. Editorji and its Affiliates may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between Editorji, its Affiliates and you in connection with your use of the Editorji Sites and the Services. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of these Terms, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect. In the event of termination, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in these Terms will survive.
These Terms will be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in the Editorji Sites and in other contracts that you may have executed with Editorji and its Affiliates.
Some of the Services we offer are also governed by supplemental terms. If you use any of those Services, supplemental terms will be made available and will become part of our agreement with you. For instance, if you access or use our Services for commercial or business purposes, such as buying advertisements, selling Services, developing applications, managing a group or Page for your business, you must agree to our Commercial Terms. If you post or share content containing music, you must comply with our Music Guidelines. To the extent that any supplemental terms conflict with these Terms, the supplemental terms shall govern to the extent of the conflict.
We always appreciate your feedback and other suggestions about our Services. But you should know that we may use them without any restriction or obligation to compensate you, and we are under no obligation to keep them confidential.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Editorji reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Editorji Sites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without prior notice, including for reasons of violation of any provisions of these Terms or for misuse of the Editorji Sites.
INTERNATIONAL USERS AND CHOICE OF LAW
The Editorji Sites are controlled, operated and administered by Editorji from offices in India. Editorji and its Affiliates make no representation that materials at the Editorji Sites are appropriate or available for use at locations outside India and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You are responsible for compliance with all international and local laws, which may be applicable when you access the Editorji Sites.
GRIEVANCE OFFICER AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES
If you have any grievances in relation to the Editorji Sites or its Content, you may send a notice to us in writing to the below address or to the e-mail signed with electronic signature mentioned below (“Notice”). The Notice should contain the following:
