In a sweet gesture, a police department has responded to a little girl's request for a DNA test on a partially eaten cookie to determine Santa Claus' presence.

Taking note of the "young lady's" keen sense for truth and investigative process, Cumberland Police department in US has already provided the little one with some evidence of Santa Claus' presence in her neighbourhood.  The department said more information in the matter will be divulged in the coming weeks.

Cumberland Police department earlier this month received a letter from a young girl requesting a DNA analysis be conducted on the partially eaten cookie and carrot remains she acquired on the morning of December 25, 2022, for possible DNA evidence of Santa Claus or one of his nine reindeers.
