UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has expressed concern over the alleged obnoxious behaviour of MPs on foreign trips organised by cross-party groups in parliament.

Several reports claimed that the British MPs engage in sex and heavy drinking while on parliamentary trips in another country.

The issue has brought the spotlight on the operation of all-party parliamentary groups (APPGs) that often arrange all-expenses-paid groups trips.

With the latest reports of MPs indulging in sex and raucous drinking, the concern over the operation of APPGs has further grown.

A 10 Downing Street official said, "regulation of APPGs is a matter for the Houses of Parliamentand the standards committee is conducting an ongoing inquiry into APPGs. The process around them is a matter for the house rather than government."
