Relief for Imran Khan in Toshakhana case: HC pauses proceedings, say reports

A day after the Pakistan Supreme Court called Imran Khan's arrest on May 9 "illegal", the former Prime Minister secured interim relief in another case.

The Islamabad High Court on May 12, 2023, ordered the pausing of proceedings in the Toshakhana case, as per reports.

The High Court stopped proceedings in the case in a trial court, until further orders.
