In a startling incident, a British Airways plane was almost toppled at London's Heathrow airport when strong winds buffeted it.

It showed the plane oscillating from side to side as pilots struggled to control the plane. The tail of the A321 jet reportedly touched the runway before the pilots took off again.
The flight had arrived from Aberdeen, as per reports. British Airways later said that its pilots are "highly trained to manage a range of scenarios, including extreme weather conditions, and the flight crew landed the aircraft safely."
The region was hit with storms over the weekend, cutting off electricity to over 45,000 homes, as per reports.
