A month after a deadly plane crash in Nepal which killed over 70 people, the preliminary crash report has hinted that pilot error may have been the cause of the tragedy.

On 15 January 2023, a Yeti Airlines flight crashed moments after take-off in Pokhara. Five Indians had been among those killed in the crash.

The preliminary investigation report has reportedly stated that the pilot may have used the wrong levers in the cockpit, which brought engine power to zero.
