Israeli-American businessman and philanthropist Moti Kahana has made a $200 million pitch to Israel to deploy mercenaries in Gaza to secure humanitarian aid delivery.

Kahana's Global Delivery Company, known for extraction operations in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan and Ukraine, would build 'gated communities' around towns earmarked for aid to prevent Hamas from diverting supplies.

But, plan to let mercenaries police Gaza communities have raised fears of higher civilian casualties.
