Israel Dropped US-Made MK-80 2000-POUND Bombs On Gaza Shelter That Shreds Humans; At Least 40 Dead

At least 40 dead and dozens injured in Israeli strikes in southern Gaza. Strikes hit tents housing displaced people in the al-Mawasi area.

Three craters, 7 meters deep, were created, burying over 20 tents. Israel said it attacked Hamas’ operation center in Khan Younis. But Hamas denied Israeli military's claims, calling it a ‘blatant’ lie.

According to local reports, Israel used US-made MK-84 Bomb to hit humanitarian zone. The Mark 80 bombs are  ‘general purpose bombs and can be used on any target.

They come in 250-pound, 500-pound, 1,000-pound, and 2,000-pound versions. The 2,000-pound Mk-84 is largest in the series, used in some worst attacks on Gazans.
