At least 15 journalists have been killed since the war between Israel and Hamas began on October 7, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists.
The New York-based group issued a statement on October 16 saying that out of the 15 journalists killed in the war, 11 were Palestinians, 3 were Israelis and one was Lebanese.
The organisation said 8 journalists have been injured and 3 have been reported missing or detained.
