Slightly pull your head with your hand on both sides and hold. Take turns to look up and down a couple of times and then turn and look both sides.
One by one rotate your ankles slowly clockwise and anti clockwise. Take turns to gently stretch your wrists upwards and downwards.
Place your hands on the edge of your chair and slide your bottom off the chair, lowering your body by bending your elbows. Go back and repeat.
Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Clasp your hands together and stretch your arms overhead, reaching towards the ceiling.
Every 15-20 minutes get up and stroll around your workplace. This will kill monotony and also help you stay active.
Raise both shoulders towards your ears and hold for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat several times.
Hold your ankle and pull it gently towards your glutes. Do it one by one for both your legs for a couple of times. This will make you feel relaxed.
All these exercises should be done gently and with precaution so that you do not injure yourself. Incase of any injury call for help immediately.
