Ahead of Team India's 1st training session in Johannesburg, Virat Kohli's men had a fun drill to 'recharge their batteries.'

A video was shared by BCCI on its Twitter handle in which players along with captain Virat Kohli and Rahul Dravid can be seen doing mild stretching and sharing laughter while playing football.

The training was administered by India's strength and conditioning coach Soham Desai.

India's strength and conditioning coach explained the reason behind the mild activities and said that after the hard quarantine in Mumbai and 10-hour flight, going straightaway to skill session would have been high risk.

He further elaborated that these games, laughter, and banters are ways to eliminate all those things which are creeping into players' minds, time away from home.

India will take on South Africa in the 1st Test of the 3-match series from December 26.
