In an astonishing set of visuals, hordes of passenger were seen running out of the Buxar railway station in a mad scramble to avoid a Covid test. In a video shared by NDTV journalist Manish Kumar, passengers who arrived from Pune can be seen hurrying out of the railway station to skip the mandatory Covid test. In the later part of the video only a handful passengers are seen at the testing booth set up tpo screen the migrant workers returning from different states. Officials at railway station told NDTV that this has become a daily ritual as hundreds of workers are returning from Covid-hit Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.
