Watch out Netflix and Disney! There is a new media moghul in town

Two of the world's largest content companies are merging their assets together to create a $150 billion content giant. AT&T and Discovery have agreed to merge their media assets into a separate company .

AT&T owns CNN, HBO and Warner Bros. after it acquired Time Warner, since renamed to WarnerMedia. Discovery’s channels include Animal Planet, TLC and the Discovery Channel.
