In a bid to encourage strawberry farming in Jhansi, UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated a 'Strawberry Festival' via video conferencing on Sunday. The festival, which will conclude on the 16th of February, will host workshops to encourage farmers to undertake such cultivation. For the first time, two families in Jhansi successfully cultivated strawberries, giving hope to many others. Several reports also suggest that strawberry farming could enhance the income of farmers in Bundelkhand and Jhansi.
