A total authoritarian, short-tempered and leaking dressing room secrets to media - These are some of the biggest accusations against Australian cricket coach Justin Langer.
A lot has been reported and written by the local Aussie press against Langer as he hangs on to his job ahead of the crucial World T20. There have been reports of massive fallouts in the Aussie dressing room by Chief Selector George Bailey isn't concerned. With reports flying around that Langer has 'lost the dressing room', Bailey feels that Langer is very much in control.

Bailey said, "Regardless of everything that might have been said and written, the amount of respect that JL (Justin Langer) has for both what he's done and what he is continuing to try and do with this, with cricket in general, but with this team is huge. There's no doubt that there have been huge challenges over the last 12 months. But I think let's be realistic. There have been some challenges that have been encompassing that area around some of the travel things and the tours and some of the results as well".
After a disastrous tour of Bangladesh where Australia almost got whitewashed, Justin Langer is in the hot seat. The problems increased when he reportedly had an outburst against the digital media team travelling with the side to Bangladesh.
Bailey added, "I don't know where, how often that we will need to keep harping on that. The focus for us is purely on the World Cup and the Ashes in terms of if we perform well in those tournaments, these things (sacking Justin Langer) tend to, tend to die away a little bit."
The former cricketer had taken over the reins of the national team after the infamous Sandpapergate in South Africa and rebuilt the team in the absence of Smith, Warner and Bancroft who received lengthy bans.
