U.S. doctor shares peanut butter 'hack' to help people fall asleep! Would you try this?

A Detroit-based doctor claims eating peanut butter at bedtime can help you sleep better. Needless to say, this bizarre hack for better sleep has netizens hooked, with people now trying the trick on Tiktok.

Dr Anthony Youn, who is a plastic surgeon, regularly shares tips and tricks for skincare on his Youtube channel and Instagram page.

This peanut butter sleep hack was part of a video he shared on TikTok, that he called 'Body hacks that actually work'. The video has now gone viral with over 30 lakh views.

The short video starts with Dr Youn sharing a quick hack for nausea, where he suggests sniffing an alcohol swab, wto get rid of nausea.

He then says that eating a scoop of peanut butter before bed can help a person fall asleep quickly. Dr Youn even cites some medical literature to back his claim!

Dr Youn says, peanut butter contains Tryptophan, an amino acid, which can help you fall asleep.

Dr Anthony Youn has a massive social media following, with 2.46 mn subscribers on Youtube and 799K followers on Instagram.
