Twitter acted against actor Kangana Ranaut on Thursday deleting two of her tweets citing violation of rules on hate speech. The action comes a day after the actor went into a meltdown over pop icon Rihanna's tweet in support of farmers.

Ranaut had called farmers "terrorists" in he response to Rihanna. In another exchange with actor Diljit Dosanjh, she called him a "Khalistani".

Earlier, Kangana had faced a brief suspension on Twitter after she appeared to call for the "beheading" of producers of a TV show for "insulting Hindus".
